Home Cook’in Down at Michael’s - New Philadelphia, OH
Michael’s in downtown New Philadelphia is a quaint small diner/deli just a walk across the street from the courthouse. The food is fairly quick and tastes pretty good.
I ordered the Tom Sawyer, which is a turkey and slaw sandwich and the soup of the day for just under $10. It is by no means an easy to eat sandwich. I was lucky not to get any coleslaw down the front of my shirt, but it was very tasty. Sorry for no pictures.
I recommend having cash on you. They do not accept cards. The service is quick and if you want an in and out meal this is one of the best.
